Mindful Kids Inc. Policies

Effective date: December 1, 2024

1. CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

*I give permission for Mindful Kids Inc. to communicate with the email listed on upon booking/purchase/registration, electronically, by clicking “subscribe to Mindful Kids Inc. newsletters/emails” upon checkout or through our appointment booking system. This includes confirmation of registration, welcome newsletters, and future updates or events at Mindful Kids Inc.

Please ensure that both our email address ([email protected]) & subscriber email address  ([email protected]) are added to your address book to prevent missed emails.

*Fees are for the registered client only and are not transferable. 

2. CANCELLATION POLICIES
 

Children’s Private Mindfulness

If you are unable to keep your scheduled Children’s Private Mindfulness Session time, please give 24hrs advanced notice via email, phone or text, in order to be eligible to re-book a new session time with your paid balance. If less than 24hrs notice is given or a session time is missed, your paid amount stands & refunds are unavailable. A new session can be booked at mindfulkidsinc.ca.

Thank you for understanding the value of your child’s session time, the value of Mindful Kids Inc. 's time & the value of fellow kiddo clients' time.

1:1 Mindfulness for Mama's

If you are unable to keep your scheduled 1:1 Mindfulness Session time, please give 24hrs advanced notice via email, phone or text, in order to be eligible to re-book a new session time with your paid balance. If less than 24hrs notice is given or a session time is missed, your paid amount stands & refunds are unavailable. A new session can be booked at mindfulkidsinc.ca.

WELLNESS FACILITATORS POLICY 

If you are unable to keep your scheduled time with our Wellness Facilitator’s, please give 24hrs advanced notice via email to the wellness facilitator in order to be eligible to re-book a new session time with your paid balance. If less than 24hrs notice is given or a session time is missed, your paid amount stands & refunds are unavailable. A new session can be booked with the same wellness facilitator at mindfulkidsinc.ca.
