3 Spots LeftSetting Sail with Mindfulness
Ships are meant to leave their harbors, sail to new destinations & so are munchkins!!! With bravery, courage & calm on our side, munchkins will set their sails and step into new found adventures with confidence!

Going Up!
Just like a hot air balloon goes up and down as it travels, so do feelings of all kinds within us - get ready to explore all the feelings through mindfulness, how to go with the flow & enjoy all the ups, downs & everything in between!

Creative Fun Under the Sun!
The creative adventure zone is open!! Get ready to train your brain with mindfulness using everyday items all week long that help us find our calm, all under the summer sun!

Show & Tell Showcase!
All our FAVOURITE mindful tools are out in full mindful force this week!! Munchkins will be introduced to them all using all of their senses in addition to how to use them, when to use them, where to keep & play with them & and the best of all - how to have them as secret superpowers!!

All Aboard the Mindfulness Train!!
Just like train tracks move and change directions for trains, this week of camp will support your munchkin get ready to forge new directions too - all the big transitions, all the impending newness of beginning school, back to school, making new friends, leaving their adults for a period of time & all the big feelings that go along with them, finding our calm & experiencing change through mindfulness can be a great thing!

Hi, I'm Melissa!
I have a passion for supporting the well being of all children & their families.
I guide children and their families to find their calm in the midst of this crazy busy, over scheduled, tech dependent world that is today.
There are many approaches and techniques of mindfulness to choose from to work to find your families calm, lessen anxiety, find balance, create more happiness & to re-connect as a family. Time is short & they grow up fast...
I didn't set out to be a Mindfulness Instructor back in the day. My educational background includes diplomas in Developmental Services Work & Assisting in Education.
