MKS March Break Camp Cancellation Policy

All regular rate cancellation requests prior to 30 days before the registered March Break Camp are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 administration fee. Cancellation requests with 29 days to 14 days before the start of the March Break Camp are subject to a non-refundable transfer to a different Mindful Kids Stratford program or service of the same year. Requests made to transfer a March Break registration can do so up to 14 days before the first day day of march break camp, after such time, cancellations, refunds & transfers are unavailable. In the event of extenuating circumstances, consideration will be taken into account from the founder/owner.
